To register and use the Bet99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bet99 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false date of birth information is a serious violation of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Bet99 employee or business partner.
• You must be acting as an individual on your own behalf — not as a representative of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — either with Bet99 directly or through any other connected responsible gaming system.

Bet99 conducts age verification checks as part of the account creation and withdrawal approval process. If there is any reason to suspect that a user is underage or has provided false personal information, Bet99 reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold withdrawals pending verification, and report the matter as required by our licensing obligations.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Bet99 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity, a different name, a different mobile number, or on behalf of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited, including any pending withdrawals.

Registration Requirements

When creating your Bet99 account you must provide:

Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your Bet99 account. Sharing your login credentials with any other person, or allowing another person to use your account, is a violation of these Terms. Bet99 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the breach occurred due to your own failure to maintain account security.

All transactions on the Bet99 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by Bet99 at any point in the transaction process.

Accepted Deposit Methods

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer, instant processing
• NayaPay — digital wallet, instant processing
• SadaPay — digital wallet, instant processing
• IBFT — interbank funds transfer, processing within 1 business hour

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Bet99 may request documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of our anti-money laundering obligations. All deposited funds must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.

Bet99 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If your deposit was made via Easypaisa, your withdrawal will be returned to Easypaisa. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect all parties involved in the transaction.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Your account must be fully verified before the first withdrawal is processed
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing bonus-related funds
• Bet99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation (CNIC copy, selfie) before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000
• Funds deposited but never wagered may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal

Processing Times

The Bet99 target payout time is under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals during standard operating hours. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 1 business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. VIP account holders receive priority payout processing of under 5 minutes.

Bet99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general bonus policy below applies unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly — they must be wagered according to stated requirements first
• Bet99 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering on both sides of a bet to clear requirements, or using automated betting patterns
• Referral bonuses of Rs 1,500 per qualifying referral are paid directly to your PKR balance and carry no wagering requirement
• Cashback bonuses are credited as bonus funds and carry a 5× wagering requirement unless stated otherwise
• Bet99 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice

All sports bets placed on the Bet99 platform are subject to the general rules stated below as well as sport-specific rules that are available within the betting interface for each market.

• All bets are final once confirmed — no cancellation after the bet slip is submitted unless explicitly stated in the market rules
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless more than 90 minutes of the scheduled play has been completed
• Cricket bets follow the DLS method for weather-affected matches in accordance with standard ICC rules
• Bet99 reserves the right to void bets on markets where an obvious error occurred in the published odds — such as prices that are clearly mispriced due to a technical fault
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the market and any in-play rules specific to that market
• Maximum single-bet win amounts apply per event and are displayed at the time of bet placement
• Bet99 may limit or close markets at any time without prior notice, including during live events

For PSL and other Pakistan Cricket Board events, Bet99 follows official PCB rulings on match outcomes, including Super Overs and DLS-adjusted results. Results are settled based on official sporting body declarations, not broadcast feeds, which can occasionally differ.

All live casino games available at Bet99 — including live baccarat, live roulette, Andar Bahar, and fishing games — are operated using certified random event procedures. Live dealer games use real physical equipment (cards, wheels, shufflers) observed via live video stream.

• Game results are final and binding once the round is completed. In the case of a dealer error or equipment malfunction confirmed by the studio supervisor, the round may be voided and all stakes returned
• Communication with dealers through the chat function must remain respectful. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate messages may result in removal from the table and account review
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all casino games are based on long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session
• Lightning Roulette multipliers are applied randomly each round before the spin. Bet99 does not control which numbers receive multipliers in any given round
• Technical disconnections during a live casino round will be resolved based on the round outcome recorded by the live studio server — not the player's local device

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet99 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds and withdrawing without meaningful wagering activity
• Creating more than one account in your name or on behalf of others
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent location-based restrictions
• Deliberately exploiting errors in odds, software glitches, or system malfunctions — commonly known as "arbing" or "exploit abuse"
• Sharing your account login with any other person, or using another person's account for any purpose
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or coordinated group betting intended to exploit the platform
• Using the Bet99 platform for any commercial purpose, reselling or sub-licensing access to any part of the platform

Bet99 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost and with no questions asked:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account
• Session time limits — set a timer that alerts or logs you out after a specified period
• Cooling-off periods — take a break from betting for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days

• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms — including bonus abuse consequences
• Force majeure events including telecommunications failures, cyber attacks, or government-mandated service restrictions

In all cases where Bet99 is found to be liable, our maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the total value of deposits made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bet99 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
